From Creators: full legal name · email address · phone number · account password (stored encrypted — never accessible in plain text) · bank account and tax identification information collected by our payment processor (Stripe) to facilitate payouts — this information is never transmitted to or stored on NewClear's servers · OAuth authorization credentials for connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), stored securely by our scheduling service (not on NewClear's servers) and used to post approved content on your behalf · usernames and account identifiers for connected social media accounts used for content distribution and performance tracking · content performance metrics including view counts, engagement data, and earnings history.
From Brands: brand name and website URL · current funding status · rough monthly revenue estimate · contact representative's first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
Automatically: when you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on page. This is used solely to improve platform performance and user experience.
